● 注文・発送に関する注意事項

当オンラインショップの仕組み上、ご注文をいただいてから30日を経っても「対応済（発送済）」にしないと自動的にキャンセルされてしまいます。

DROPYシリーズは受注生産の商品となります。ご注文から発送まで少なくとも1ヶ月以上かかることもあり、トラブルを回避するため、当商品ではあらかじめご注文をいただき、入金確認ができた時点（Pay ID あと払いの場合はご注文後の時点）で「対応済（発送済）」として処理させていただきます。

その際、自動的に『発送完了（発送通知）メール』が送信されますが、この時点で商品はまだ製作しておらず、発送もしていません。お間違いのないようお願い申し上げます。

商品が仕上がり、発送準備ができ次第、あらためてメールにてお知らせいたします。
※Pay ID あと払いの場合は、当月末日を締めとし、「翌月まとめて」もしくは「翌月以降3回に分けて」お支払いいただくことになります。

◎mportant Notes Regarding Orders and Shipping

Due to the system specifications of this online shop, orders are automatically cancelled if they are not marked as "Processed (Shipped)" within 30 days of the order date.

The DROPY series consists of made-to-order products. As the process from order to shipment can take a month or longer, we process orders as "Processed (Shipped)" upon confirming payment (or immediately after the order is placed, in the case of "Pay ID Deferred Payment") to prevent automatic cancellation.

Please note that an automated "Shipping Complete (Shipping Notification)" email will be sent at this stage; however, the product has not yet been manufactured or shipped. We ask for your understanding regarding this matter.

We will notify you via email once the product is finished and ready for shipment.

*For "Pay ID Deferred Payment," the billing cycle closes at the end of the current month, and payment is made either in a lump sum the following month or in three installments starting the following month.

● 製品について
・DROPYは同じ石膏型を使い製作していますが、個体差があり全く同じものではありません。また、焼成環境の違いによるゆがみがある場合があります。
・絵付けの色（呉須の青）は濃淡様々で均一ではありません。
・絵付けは印判技法のように主に転写で施しています。にじみやかすれが生じる場合があります。
 
以上のように、ゆがみ・にじみ・かすれ等は作品の表情（味わい）と捉えています。不完全な『ゆらぎ』を大切にしたいと思っています。

◎ About the Product

・Although DROPY pieces are crafted using the same plaster mold, individual variations occur; no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight warping may also occur due to variations in the firing environment.

・The painted color (blue *gosu* pigment) varies in intensity and is not uniform.

・The painted designs are applied primarily via transfer (similar to the *inban* technique), which may result in occasional blurring or fading.

We view these characteristics—such as warping, blurring, and fading—as part of the piece's unique character and charm. We cherish these imperfections and the subtle, organic "fluctuations" they create.

● 納期について
納品はご注文決定時から約1ヶ月〜2ヶ月程度お時間をいただいておりますので、できるだけ早めにご注文いただけると幸いです。
なお、製作はご注文先着順になっておりますが、製作工程の違いで納品の順番は前後する可能性があります。何卒ご理解くださいませ。

◎ Delivery Time

Please note that delivery takes approximately one to two months from the time the order is confirmed; we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
Please note that while production is carried out in the order in which orders are received, the actual delivery sequence may vary due to differences in the production process. We kindly ask for your understanding.

● 発送時の梱包について
当製品は磁器製品のため、割れないよう厳重に梱包する必要がありますが、緩衝材はビニールや発泡スチロール等のものは使わず、新聞紙や紙製のものを使用します。（燃えるゴミとして処分しやすいため）また、製品を入れたダンボールをさらにひと回り大きなダンボールに入れて発送いたします。（100サイズ）
 
◎ Packaging for Shipment

As this is a porcelain product, it requires secure packaging to prevent breakage; however, we do not use plastic or Styrofoam cushioning materials. Instead, we use newspaper or paper-based materials, as these are easier to dispose of as combustible waste. Additionally, the box containing the product is placed inside a slightly larger cardboard box for shipping (Size 100).

● ギフト・ラッピングについて
近年、輸入原材料価格の上昇や物価の高騰が続いており、モノが買いにくくなっています。
本来なら大切な「想い」を届ける贈りものだからこそ、ラッピングやパッケージにもこだわりたいのですが、当店もできるだけ価格を抑え、お客様が購入しやすい環境を整えたいと思い、ギフト・ラッピングはしないことにしました。

◎ Regarding Gift Wrapping

In recent years, rising costs for imported raw materials and general price inflation have made goods more expensive to purchase.

While we would ideally like to pay special attention to wrapping and packaging—given that gifts are meant to convey heartfelt sentiments—we have decided not to offer gift wrapping services. Our priority is to keep prices as low as possible and make it easier for our customers to make a purchase.
